What is eForm GNL-2
The company can file certain documents with the Registrar of Companies by filing this form GNL-2 and in case there is no eForm prescribed for filing any document with Registrar, then the company can file such documents through this form.
- Form GNL-2 is required to be filed pursuant to the Companies Act, 2013, and the Companies Act, 1956.
Due Date of Form-GNL-2
- The due date for an ‘o’ Private placement offer letter or record of a private placement offer to be kept by the company is 30 days from the date of the event.
- In the case of the company having a share capital.
