The scope of services, timelines, and deliverables will be as per the engagement agreed with you at the time of service booking or purchase.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Companify’s services, you agree to:

• Ensure timely submission of necessary documents, approvals, and fees.

5. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

• Payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) through the approved payment methods.
• Service fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy or required under applicable laws.
• Companify reserves the right to revise service fees at any time, which will be applicable prospectively.

Cancellation Policy

Companify believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the operational team and Operations team has initiated the process of assignment. Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be strictly governed by the Company Refund Policy of the company informed and declared from time to time.

• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same day delivery category.

• No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that the Companify marketing team has obtained on special discounts and offers on occasions like New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Independence Day, Foundation Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 24 hours money back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund, subject to deductions for legal documents or services provided. To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us within the first 24 hours of your payment. Just send an email to info@Companify.in We'll gladly refund you 100% of your fees within 24-72 hours of your refund request.

1. In Case, if any changes will made by the MCA in the fee structure in case of addition, the additional fees shall be collected extra.
2. Payment gateway charges will be collected extra and GST will be charged on it.
3. In case of company registration, Authorised capital is more than 15 Lakhs additional government shall be collected additionally.
4. In case details have been provide wrong and due to which if the fees will increase shall be paid extra.
5. If case of successful order booking, the data is not provided within one month then, order will be cancelled the amount shall not be refunded.
6. I authorized to declare that all the documents to be provided for the company registration/LLP shall be true and correct & all the signatures done by concerned persons. Companify shall not be held responsible if any documents are forged by me.
7. I authorized to declare that all NOC & Electricity bill to be provided for the company registration/LLP after getting proper approval of landlord. Companify shall not be held responsible if any documents are forged by me.
8. I understand that in case of name approval of company / LLP, a single application is allowed to file 2 times after that separate government fees payable.
9. I understand that form SPICE-B can be filed 3 times after that I have to pay separately stamp duty and pan tan fees.
10. I understand that I am not a professional i.e CA, CMA, CS, Legal and Tax consultant, Companify can seize the received payment without any service.
11. Free Company Registration is only for retail customers.
