E-register a Trademark in India: Step-by-step Guide and Fees

If your individual or start-up or small company the fee for registration is, ₹4500 for an e-register trademark and ₹5000 for manual registration.
For another type of business, the fees charged will be, ₹9000 for e- registration and ₹10000 for manual registration. Select the type of registration process according to your needs Then start preparing your application by filling up details and documents such as
1 Name of applicant.
2 Identity proof of applicant and business.
3 Business type and its objectives.
4 The brand name or slogan should be of the dimension of 9 by 5cms. It is advisable to have 5 duplicates for application purposes.
5 Registration address.
6 Power of attorney signed by the person who is applying for a trademark.
7 Class 3 digital signature.
Before submitting your application you must make sure you have provided details correctly so that your registration process will not be delayed. After application, the registrar will check if your application and the documents provided are legally satisfying or if they contain any disputes. After the verification is done the registrar will publish your brand name in the Indian Trademark journal to see whether any issues arise or not for a span of 3 months or 120 days.
E-Register Trademark does not have the International status

you the certificate. This certificate can be renewed.
