What is CG -1?
A company can seek approval from Central Government by filing an application under the Companies Act, 2013 in eForm CG-1.
- Form CG-1 is a form for filing the application with the Central Government pursuant to the Companies Act, 2013.
Which eForm Number as per Companies Act, 1956?
Form 65 as per Companies Act, 1956.
How will the eForm be processed?
The form will be processed by the office of Headquarters-Central Government.
What is SRN Generation?
When the eForm CG-1 is successfully submitted, SRN will be generated which will be shown to the user that can be used for future correspondence with MCA.
When is Challan Generated?
On successful submission of the form CG-1, a Challan will be generated which contains all the details of the fees paid by the user to the Ministry. This is acknowledgment is given to the user that the form has been filed.
What is email processing?
When an eForm is processed by the concerned authority, an acknowledgment of the same is sent to the user in the form of an email to the respective email Id of the company.
