How to get MSME Udyam Registration Certificate?
MSME Udyam RegistrationCertificate process is completely online. For the registration process, you should go to the government official portal www.udayamregistration.gov.in. It is done for 2 categories such as
- New entrepreneurs who haven’t registered under MSME.
OR
- Who already registered as UAM through assisted filing.
New enterprises who haven’t registered under MSME
Step 1: Go to https://udyamregistration.gov.in/
Step 2: Select the “For New Entrepreneurs who are not registered yet as MSME or those with EM-II” option.
Step 3: On the next page, fill in all the necessary details (personal and business-related)
Step 4: After filling in the details, select on “Agree to Terms and Conditions” check box and click on “Submit and Get final OTP”
Step 5: Once all your information is verified by the Government, you will receive an e-registration Certificate on your registered mail id or you can download it from the Portal.
Already registered for UAM through assisted filing
Step 1: Go to https://udyamregistration.gov.in/
Step 2: Select the “For those already have registration as UAM” option.
Step 3: On the next page, fill in all the necessary details (personal and business-related)
Step 4: After filling in the details, select on “Agree to Terms and Conditions” check box and click on “Submit and Get final OTP”
Step 5: Once all your information is verified by the Government, you will receive an e-registration Certificate on your registered mail id or you can download it from the Portal.
Documents Required for MSME Udyam Registration Certificate in India
- Pan card
- Aadhar cards
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Business Objective/MOA of the Company
- Number of employees in the Company
- Investment in Plant and Machinery as on date
- Utility Bill
- Canceled cheque or bank statement in the name of proprietor /company/LLP.
