1. PAN card of the Proprietor/LLP/Company

2. Certificate of incorporation, if having

3. The business objective of the Proprietor/LLP/Company that need to be print of the ISO certificate

4. Latest purchase bill in the name of the Proprietor/LLP/Company

5. GST registration certificate, if having

6. Canceled Letterhead having the scope of ISO to be printed on ISO certificate

7. Signed and stamped attendance sheet attached

8. Signed and stamped agreement.

9. List of products with their testing report

DELIVERABLE UNDER ROHS :

1. Soft copy of ISO

2. Courier hard copy of ISO certificate

3. Online verification of ISO certificate

PROCESS OF ROHS

Step-1 Collection of Documents mentioned in the below checklist

Step-2 Providing draft ISO certificate for approval

Step-3 After approval generation of the final certificate.

Step-4 Verification of ISO certificate online

Step-5 Courier of hard copy of the certificate

SERVICE DELIVERY TIME

1. Soft copy of ISO shall be provided within 2 working days
2. A hard copy shall be courier within 5 working days
3. The Certificate shall be verified online within 48 hours from generation time.
